A free health conversation kit for men's groups
I give health talks to men's groups, and the best part is never my slides. It is the conversation after. Use this kit for a 20-minute session at your next meeting, church group, team or poker night. Print it, read it out loud, and let the room talk.
Open with one question
"When did each of us last have our blood pressure checked?" Go around the room. No judgment. Most men will not know.
Then the three moves
- Know your blood pressure number.
- Book the screening you keep dodging.
- Bring a brother: make a pact with one man in this room.
Five questions for the room
- What warning sign would you ignore that you would never let your son ignore?
- Who is the one man you would call at 2 a.m.? Does he know that?
- What would it take for us to hold each other to one health number this year?
- What do you want AI to do for your family's health, and what do you never want it to replace?
- What is one thing you stopped doing after 40 that you want back?
Need a group?
I am a member of METal, a community for men that meets on Zoom on Saturdays, founded by my friend Ken Rutkowski. It is where I tested many of these questions.

Want me to lead it?
I speak to men's groups, companies and associations about men's health, longevity and how AI is changing medicine.
